Olympus Zuiko Digital 12-60mm
Olympus Zuiko Digital 12-60mm is a lens from Olympus that was announced back on October 2007 alongside the OlympusE-3 DSLR. It is pretty clear that this lens is made specially to complement the any Four Thirds body from any brands, including Olympus, Panasonic, and also Leica cameras, and will be best matched on larger models of Olympus DSLR, such as E-5xx series and surely the Olympus E-3 itself.

This Olympus Zuiko Digital 12-60mm lens is able to delivers 5x optical range that is equivalent with 24-120mm, which allows the camera used to perform decent wide angle as well as respectable telephoto coverage. Also, unlike other Four Thirds lenses at that time, this Olympus Zuiko Digital 12-60mm uses traditional mechanically-linked system instead of motor-assisted manual focusing. It means that the user still can adjust the focus on this lens although the camera is powered down.

Unfortunately, like any other Olympus lenses, this Olympus Zuiko Digital 12-60mm didn’t present with built in optical stabilization features, so in order to reach that, you need to match this lens with any stabilized camera body.
